Before the advent of Landcheck, the only way to access this information was through complex LIM reports and council hazard portals, or by engaging natural hazard experts to undertake costly site-specific assessments.

A Landcheck report gives you an overall risk rating for a property as well as for 10 different natural hazards, ranging from low to high risk. These ratings are determined by an algorithm that was built by some of New Zealand’s leading experts in natural hazards, and they are unique to Landcheck.
