Where you can be you.

At Everything Digital, we celebrate, treasure, and value what makes our people who they are – their experiences, backgrounds, cultures, beliefs, and perspectives. Our strength lies in our collective uniqueness, and we form diverse teams that believe that together we create and sustain a better world.

Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) are pillars of Everything Digital and influence every aspect of our business.

Fostering a workplace culture where everyone feels valued and respected and where you can bring your whole self is vital, and we are committed to continuous improvement in the DEIB space.

Diversity and Inclusion

Our commitment to rainbow inclusion and gender equity

We are both Rainbow Tick and Gender Tick certified – a symbol of our dedication to creating a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.

For LGBTQ+ individuals and allies, our internal Rainbow Network provides support, social connections and resources, and we also actively work to support this work across our wider industry.

Everything Digital is committed to addressing gender equity, and in April 2024 received the Gender Tick accreditation, this was supported by our ongoing commitment to promotion gender inclusion and pay equality within our organisation.

We actively participate in industry-wide efforts for change through the Diversity Agenda Accord, recognising the collective responsibility to drive progress and create a more inclusive engineering sector.

Our commitment to Māori, Pasifika, and First Nations people

We offer Te Tiriti Training, Tikanga training via Te Wānanga o Aotearoa, and ongoing Te Reo language skills development. We’ve also partnered with Amotai – an organisation that promotes procurement opportunities for Māori and Pasifika businesses across the supply chain.

In Australia, we have committed to a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) that outlines our ongoing efforts to build relationships, respect, and opportunities for Indigenous Australians and all First Nations people.

Our commitment to the next generation

Through partnerships with organisations like SPIES (South Pacific Indigenous Engineering Students), WEN (Women in Engineering), the Auckland University Engineering Society, Pūhoro STEMM Academy, WIE (Women in Engineering), TupuToa, and others, Everything Digital is dedicated to nurturing talent and promoting diversity in STEM fields. By investing in these programmes, we contribute to the development of the next generation and future Māori, Pacific, and female leaders.

Our commitment to continuous learning

We invest in training programmes for our people, including unconscious bias, tikanga (Māori customs and protocols), LGBTQ+ training sessions, and cultural competence. By equipping our employees with the knowledge and tools to navigate and understand diverse perspectives, we create a safe and supportive environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute their best work.
